Kalyani Srivastava, the joint president at Rediffusion has joined Ogilvy India as associate president. Based in Mumbai she’ll be reporting to Hirol Gandhi, president, Ogilvy India – Mumbai and Kolkata.
Srivastava was in Rediffusion for 12 years and grew up the ranks from being the chief of staff when Diwan Arun Nanda steered the agency, to being elevated as joint president after the agency ownership changed hands to Sandeep Goyal.
Srivastava, who spent her formative years in the hospitality business with hotel chains like Leela and Marriott before spending seven years at Ma Foi management consultants.
She joined Rediffusion in 2011 as assistant vice president and chief of staff at the chairman’s office when Diwan Arun Nanda was at the helm of affairs. She was elevated to joint president of Rediffusion in April 2022, a few months after Sandeep Goyal bought over Rediffusion.
Srivastava will join Navonil Chatterjee at the joint president level. Chatterjee, who heads strategy planning, has been joint president for the past three years…
