The Economic Times BrandEquity hosted the second edition of Trendies Awards ‘24 on March 20 at a star studded event in Mumbai.

The awards acknowledged the work of agencies and brands who showcased the message of innovation and influence through their campaigns. The awards were presented across 71 categories.

In the auto category in Influencer Marketing industry, TVS and Verse Innovation won for Josh x TVS Sport #Mileagekabaap and Hyundai and Divo won for Hyundai Onam.

In the BFSI category, Kotak Mahindra Bank won the award for #FDWalaSavings – ActivMoney.

Asian Paints and Madison Media were the winners of Industry Marketing Indsutry’s consumer durables and electronics category for their campaign, “Where the heart is.”

In the fintech category of Influencer Marketing industry, the winners were Fibe India and Blink Digital for their campaign “Hiring: Chief Pronunciation Officer.”

Too Yumm! and FCB Kinnect won the award in the FMCG – food category in the Influencer Marketing industry for “Too Yumm! Influencer Campaigns (2022-2023).

In the FMCG – beverage category, Tata Tea Gold Care and Media.Monks won the award for their Mother’s Day – #MyTurnToCare.

Colgate Visible White O2 and Wavemaker won the award in the FMCG – personal care category for their campaign titled “#SmileOutLoud”.

In the media and entertainment category of the Influencer Marketing industry, MTV and DDB Mudra won an award for “MTV BotHard”.

Ajio and OML Entertainment won the award for “Creator’s Takeover @Ajio office” in the e-commerce category in the Influence Marketing industry.

In a cause based campaign category, Bank of Baroda and Auburn Digital Solutions’ “PehchanCon” won an award.

In the integrated campaign category, Star Gold’s “Pathaan World TV Premiere On Star Gold – Guinness World Record” won an award.

Myntra Fwd and Myntra Jury Recognition’s “Myntra Fwd Launch” won the award in the integrated campaign of the Influencer Marketing segment.

In the multi-influencers campaign, Tata Neu and Schbang’s “Mood hi Badal Diya” and Tata Motors and Cre8r.ai’s “BA6 Phase II RDE won the awards.

In his keynote address, leading film producer, Siddharth Roy Kapur spoke about how the business of entertainment was poised for interesting times ahead. At one level, the polarisation of film revenues would play out even more separating the haves from the have-nots. Also, multiple media are growing simultaneously and not necessarily at the cost of the other, probably at the cost of sleep, film-maker Siddharth Roy Kapur told delegates at the ETBrandEquity iStream Congress ‘24.
