Nimisha Pandey, Zee5‘s chief content officer for Hindi originals has stepped down from her role.

Pandey has worked nearly three-and-a-half-years at Zee5.

At Zee5, Pandey was responsible for creating quality original content for the video streaming platform.

She had joined the video streaming platform in January 2021 from Netflix where she was its director of international originals for a year and eight months.

An alumna of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pandey comes with over two decades of rich and diverse work experience in the entertainment industry.

Pandey started her working career with Sony Entertainment as its executive producer for two years in 2004.

In a career stint, Pandey has worked for organisations such as ALT Digital Media as its head of content for more than three years, Balaji Telefilms as creative director for nine months, Fireworks Productions, among others.

ZEE’s Punit Misra quits

Misra’s role entailed managing content for ZEE’s TV network and its digital platform ZEE5, both domestically and internationally across 190 countries.
